As part of this partnership, five incredible training programmes have been designed for parkrunners of all abilities. Whether you’re just starting out and looking to complete your first 5K, or a seasoned pro looking to cross the finish line in under a certain time-goal – from sub 35 minutes down to sub 20 minutes – there’s a programme for you.
Each eight week programme includes a range of workouts – from interval training to continuous runs, from strength & conditioning workouts to mobility flows – to keep you moving at your best every step of the way. And that’s not all. We’ve integrated real-time GPS tracking into the outdoor runs, allowing our coaches to provide you with support and motivation right when you need it the most.
